The Savage System
One ruleset to... rule them all.
What is the Super Savage System?
It is going to be the base ruleset that MOST Super Savage Systems games run off of. The idea is to standardize it all so each game/setting can be used in other games/settings under the Super Savage System umbrella. There are a few fun little games on the list of releases that will be their own thing but the majority of the big titles will use the Super Savage System.
Changing most of the terms but keeping what they do standardizing terms and sticking to said terms is the main focus of the creation of the system. Also getting away from terms used in the OGL is one of my main goals.
Examples of this are Hit Points and Hit Dice. We as gamers know what these mean, but if this is your first RPG (which may be a possibility with some potential future IPs) you would think these are meant to be used to attack right? A simple change of Hit Points to Meat Points and a small explanation of their purpose would suffice. The same with Meat Dice. Roll them to Determine your Meat Points. Simple.
Another huge example is the notorious Class-Based Ability Points system. It being a pool of points generated by rolling 3D6 that a Scumdog can use to activate rad Abilities and spend towards class-specific dice rolls. Why not change the name to Class Points? So I did. Simple and elegant it will be the new term going out from Riders of the Burpwarp/Warpshine Runnerz and on.
Streamlining the process for ease of new players and at the table. It is a win-win.
Speaking of what lies beyond Riders of the Burpwarp/Warpshine Runnerz is a ton of great stuff, but mostly there will be another printing of the Core Rulez in softcover form. This edition will cut all extra adventures and be just the Core Rulez. All of the above changes will be added to the edition to see how they fare in the wild. Expect to see them available sometime soon!
Well if you have any ideas or suggestions on how to make the Super Savage System better and easier for newbies, I am all ears!
Also if there is anything you want to hear about on here let me know too!!
Until next time, Lord Randy Be Praised!

Between the SUPER SAVAGE SYSTEM and TINY D6,I should be ready to pretty much run any genre of game for both my young players (ages 8 to 12) and my regular adults. I am very much looking forward to SAVAGE LORDS!
